Planning Step-By-Step

  • Step 1: Do your research. Browse our website to get an idea of all we have to offer. 
  • Step 2: Contact us. Meet with one of our event planners to discuss your event. 
  • Step 3: Choose a venue & date. Have a location in mind? Or are you still looking?
  • Step 4: Review all your options. See the Menu tab ⇧ above to decide what food and beverages will be served. 
  • Step 5: Add Additional Services. Table and chairs, florals, linens and more. 
  • Step 6: Submit deposits (if applicable).
  • Step 7: Return signed paperwork: Contract and Terms & Conditions. 
  • Step 8: Fill out Alcohol Approval Form. 
  • Step 9: Determine final guest count. 
  • Step 10: Submit final payment.
